Audience Research and Profiling

The audience that would be attracted to our film would be mainly males. this is because you have the typical male interests like chase scenes, fighting and death and secrecy. It will also attract a male audience more as their is only male characters with in the film.
If there were females then a female audience might be more slightly intwerested as there could be scenes of romance which is the typical stereotypes of females.
The main age range for our film will be for higher aged teeneager like 16+ to middle/old aged men. This is because the film goes at quite a fast rate e.g. there are running scenes and the fighting happens quite quickly and so it wouldnt be suited to the elderly as they are unable to be like this e.g. running fast.
It can also be aimed to middle aged men as there is some sort of mystery to it aswell like what what is in the briefcase and what content might there be on the disc.
Our target audience is roughly the same to films like James bond because of the action and fast flowing movement but it doesnt have the romance side.
Overall our target audience is mainly males aged 16 to roughly 50s/60s.
